Katie Miller
Owner, Nurse Practitioner
Katie Miller is a board certified nurse practitioner and aesthetic injector. Katie has worked alongside Dr. Lett for the last 3 years in Mt. Juliet & Lebanon, TN, as an injector and taking care of his surgical patients. Katie obtained her bachelor’s in nursing at Tennessee Tech University, where she fell in love with the city of Cookeville. Katie’s love for aesthetics started in high school, and she shares that passion by helping others feel more confident in their own skin.
Katie sees patients at both Cookeville & Lebanon locations.

Kelly Rittenberry
Registered Nurse
Kelly Rittenberry is a registered nurse with a background of critical care nursing, and aesthetic injection. Kelly, a Cookeville native, has always known that she wanted to work in a field where she could help people to feel better about themselves. She is looking forward to serving her hometown with their aesthetic needs.

Megan Whitaker
Nurse Practitioner
Megan Whitaker is a board certified nurse practitioner. Megan was born and raised in Lebanon, TN and has proudly served her hometown in Family Medicine for the past 5 years. She is a mom of three boys, which shaped and guided her medical practice into looking for a more natural way to treat and the importance of overall wellness. Megan enjoys helping others reach their optimal help in the most holistic way.
Megan sees patients at our Lebanon Location on Monday & Thursday.
Grace Spellings

Grace Spellings is a Licensed Esthetician specializing in microneedling, chemicals peels, and Diamond Glow facials.
Grace attended Tennessee Tech University and instantly fell in love with the city of Cookeville. She continued her education at Aveda Institute of Nashville. Grace focuses on remaining up-to-date on the latest techniques and technology to ensure her patients are receiving the most advanced esthetic options the industry has to offer.
Grace’s passion for esthetics began in high school as she navigated her own skin concerns. Now, as an esthetics provider, Grace enjoys having the opportunity to assist her patients in other similar positions that she can personally relate to. Grace thrives being able to create and customize skincare regimens and treatment plans for her patients to reach their skin goals and give them all the confidence!

Hope Stephens
Medical Aesthetician
Hope Stephens is a Livingston, Tennessee native and graduate of Tennessee Technological University. Hope realized her passion for esthetics after being crowned Miss Tennessee USA 2016 and being fully immersed in the beauty industry. After giving her title away the following year, she began traveling across the United States with a styling team as a professional makeup artist.
During this time, she noticed a severe lack of skincare education and knowledge, and decided to further her own education in esthetics by attending Aveda Institute in Nashville, Tennessee. She fell in love with helping others achieve their skincare goals while gaining knowledge and confidence. Hope is ready to meet new faces and make those faces even more beautiful.

Dr. Dwayne Lett is a board certified aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgeon with The Surgical Clinic. He is also the founding physician of The Lett Center in Mt. Juliet and Lebanon, TN. Born and raised outside Knoxville, TN., Dr. Lett has always had a vision to open a clinic in Cookeville. He is looking forward to offering aesthetic and surgical services to patients in Cookeville and the surrounding areas.
